First, Ben makes YUGE announcement. Then, he and Dark Mark talk to Jesse Thomas, Ironman Champion and CEO of Pick Bars. We recorded this conversation in Kona prior to the Ironman World Championship.

Finally, Aaron Webstey (aka King of All Technology) went to all of the booths at the Ironman Expo to make awkward conversation with the vendors. See the photos that accompany this segment here.

It was perhaps the greatest finish in the history of Ironman Triathlon. Matt Chrabot finished 2nd. Because I'm getting ready for Kona next week, I interviewed him after drinking 4 glasses of wine. We discussed Ironman Chattanooga, whether or not he'll be racing in Kona just 2 weeks later and much, much more.

In this episode, Ben talks about the TRS Club Championship that took place about an hour north of New York City. The Toughman New York event was a riot.

In the second segment, Ben talks to pro triathlete, Thomas Gerlach, who finished first at Ironman Wisconsin only to be snubbed by Mike Reilly and Ironman. Should pros race Ironman events where there is no prize purse? Did he steal glory from a deserving age grouper? Do age groupers deserve to win races and cal themselves Ironman Champions?

Finally, Ben interviewed the 2002 ITU World Champion, Ivan Rana. Ivan is gearing up for Kona again. Last year he had the fastest run split. They discussed how he is feeling heading into Kona, his start in the sport, sex in the Olympic village and much much more.

In this episode we check in for the 3rd time with Jan Frodeno, Olympic Gold Medalist, 2015 Ironman 70.3 World Champion, Kona favorite and friend of the show. We discussed Bahrain 13, his win this weekend, dogs, marriage and much more.
